Meet Amy
the herbalist, bodyworker, and woman behind Apothecary 222
Hi, I'm Amy.
I didn't set out to build a wellness brand. I set out to understand my own body.
What started as my own journey into holistic healing eventually became more than two decades of studying, practicing, questioning, experimenting, and learning from the plants, the body, and the people I've had the privilege of working with.
Along the way, I've trained in multiple healing arts, become a licensed massage therapist, postpartum doula, folk herbalist and pelvic steam facilitator, and spent years helping people explore more natural, intentional ways of caring for themselves and their families.
But I'm not here to tell you that there's one right way to be well.
I'm here to help you become more informed, more connected to your own body, and more confident making choices about your health.
That's the heart of Apothecary 222.
